Managed website hosting plus ordinary mailbox-provider connection and support: DNS records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC where supported, aliases/configuration agreed for the service, and normal setup assistance.
Third-party mailbox licensing
Paid Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or other mailbox licences remain third-party charges unless an agreed order explicitly says otherwise. Mailbox storage and user limits are controlled by the selected provider plan.
Migration
Simple setup is included within the agreed service. Large mailbox migrations, archive recovery or unusual legacy systems can require separate scope.
