Google Workspace
Google Workspace for business email
GRID EATER recommends Google Workspace for many small businesses, but the account remains a third-party Google subscription and the customer can choose another provider.
Typical setup
The exact Google plan and current price are confirmed at setup time.
- Create or connect the Workspace account
- Verify the domain
- Configure MX records
- Configure SPF and DKIM
- Add DMARC where appropriate
- Create user mailbox addresses
- Check delivery after DNS propagation
Commercial separation
The approximate NZ$15 + GST per user/month figure is only a guide. Google controls the subscription and may change pricing or plan features.
GRID EATER's NZ$95 + GST annual website-hosting charge does not include Google Workspace licences.
- Customer pays Google or the agreed reseller
- GRID EATER handles normal setup/DNS within scope
- Additional migration or archive work may require separate scope
Technology
Google search, measurement and business services
Search, analytics, advertising and business services work best when the website is structured and measured properly.
